As an EHS Regulatory Specialist, you will join a global EHS compliance solutions company operating in more than 100 countries. You will support the monitoring, analysis, and maintenance of Brazilian EHS regulatory content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and highquality information for clients worldwide

Where will you work?
Lisbon

What will your responsibilities be?
Monitor Brazilian EHS regulatory updates using companyapproved sources;
Identify relevant legislative and regulatory changes related to EHS;
Collect, organise, and summarise legal information in a clear and structured way;
Support the preparation and publication of regulatory and legislative alerts;
Edit and update legal content following internal guidelines and templates;
Update legal registers, client questionnaires, and internal databases;
Manage and review structured data, including Excel files, with high accuracy;
Perform quality checks to ensure consistency and reliability of information;
Identify improvements in content quality and support corrective actions;
Work closely with Content and Editorial teams, following defined processes and workflows.

What do you need to succeed?
Native or fluent Portuguese;
Good level of English (reading and writing);
Minimum 1 year of experience in EHS or regulatoryrelated roles;
Background or exposure to legislation and regulatory content;
Good knowledge of Excel and comfort working with data;
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams;
Willingness to learn and grow within the EHS compliance field.
